GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
All students should reach the school 10 minutes before the school time.
Students should be neatly dressed .The school uniform is to be worn on working every working day. The student should wear their respective house uniform on Wednesday and Saturday.
Boys should have short and simple haircuts. Girls having long hair should wear their hair in neat plaits. Girls having short hair soul be neatly cut and pinned. Fancy hair clips or any fashionable jewelry is not permitted.
Students are expected to respect the property of school as well as others. Damage done even accidentally should be reported at once to the class teacher. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.
Any expensive gadgets like mobile phones, I-pods, CD’s, pen drives etc are not allowed in the school. If caught, the school authorities can retain the gadget and not return it back.
No vehicles without license will be allowed to park in the school premises.
The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose conduct is harmful to other students or to school.
Absence from School
Parents should send a leave application in case the child is not able to attend the school even for a day citing the reason. In case of a medical reason, a proper medical certificate should be sent. in case of an infectious disease, medical fitness certificate should be sent on the day the child rejoins’.
Students suffering from chronic disease like Asthma, Epilepsy, Rheumatic heart disease etc should submit the history of their illness to the class teacher every year.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for a week renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls he/she would be re-admitted only on payment of a fresh admission fee.
It is compulsory for the students to 75% of the attendance in the academic session to make them eligible to appear for final examinations.
Absence from School
To ensure discipline, the school will be implementing the system of penalty cards as follows:
A YELLOW CARD will be issued in case of any indiscipline like frequent late coming to school, improperly dressed quite often, causing harm to the school property, inflicting violence towards self or others, improper behavior in or around the school premises, non submission of assignments. It would be signed by the principals, Class teacher, and Discipline In-charge and should be return back to the school within three days duly signed by the parent/guardian.
Three yellow cards would mean A RED CARD and suspension for a week from the school. It would be signed by principal, Class teacher, Discipline In-charge and should be returned on the day the students rejoin the school duly signed by the parent/guardian.
Three red cards may result in expulsion of the student from the school.
